No email. but got the missed you delivery pink slip from mailman today. have to go to post office tom to pick up. atleast i know they are here now

friggin figures. wasnt home to sign for package since i never got email with tracking number. get notice to go to post office to pick up. go there. they cant find it lol. said if they cant find it by wed need to file a missing package claim.

I wish I wasn't so OCD. This would be much easier.

So those of you that got your tickets in the regular sale...... Do you remember how much time into when the sale started that you got through to purchase? A friend of mine git his ticket and I know he got in before me. Maybe it's going down the list in order of purchase time. I think we were about 25 minutes in when we got ours.

I don't know there is any rhyme or reason in the distribution pattern. I bought mine during early sales, and others who bought during regular sales got theirs before me. If it will help you relax, here is a calming picture of a puppy:

This does not matter. Many friends got theirs before me and I got the actual ticket before any of them (campmates). I live in Reno, Texas Rick got his before me, he's in Texas. From his posts he bought a presale ticket,I did not. I received mine a day or 2 after he got his.

Try not apply time stamp logic to this. It does not apply and bugs the shit outta Trilo.

I got my ticket. I'm very happy. I got an email a couple days earlier but there was NO signature required. I just found it in the mailbox. The package says USPS signature tracking # . Is that the same as 'signature required"? This seems to be a haphazard way of delivering tickets. I feel issues coming.

Although the ticket sale went relatively well, I guess this new vendor is having issues with distribution.

I received my order, but it was wrong: missing a ticket, got a vehicle pass I did not order. I contacted Ticket Support two days ago and although the automated response said they would get back to me within 48 hours. Still nothing. Details here: viewtopic.php?f=367&t=69694
They seem to be straining under the load...

I know it is not a big consolation for not having received your tickets yet, but I would venture to say that it is better to get them a bit late than getting your envelope and finding out you are missing a ticket. Talk about stress...

It should be signature required but ultimately, it's up to the postal carrier. You can go to USPS.COM and enter in your tracking number and see more info. My tracking info clearly shows that I signed for it.

You can only do that if you get an email with the tracking number though and a lot of people aren't

The plan for us was that once I got a shipping confirmation and a tracking number American Boyfriend would work from home to be there to receive the tickets. Mail has been known to go missing from his apartment building's mail area and he has an ex who still has keys and is coming and going as she pleases to collect her stuff and has been spiteful enough with other things that her taking the tickets wouldn't really surprise me. I'm pretty pissed that I, and a whole lot of other people, paid $12 for tracked signature required postage and are not getting it. This is an event with years of experience and a professional ticket selling site, this should not be outside of their abilities.

How dare you accuse the almighty BMorg of ticketing blunders or inefficiency. Haven't you seen their track record?

oh wait...never mind.

A package valued at $800 coming through the USPS is already scary enough. If you are going to announce details of the ticket distribution in advance, please be sure you can actually follow through. It would be a lot less embarrassing to BM and a lot less stressful to your customers. The process is getting better, but still need work!

I got my tickets, so I can breathe easier now. No advance e-mail, but a signature was required. I hope the rest of you get yours soon!

I can't remember if I've gotten any emails in the past, but have always had to sign for the package at the post office in the past. My carrier won't come to the door because I usually have dogs in the yard. However, lately, I've had packages that won't fit in the mailbox just tossed over my fence in the last couple of months, and one never made it to me. A neighbor has caught a package thief on camera even, so I'm sure that where the missing one went. Now the ticket package should fit in my locked mailbox if my postal worker should get lazy...

But damn, has it always taken this long to get the tix out? So far only three of Retrofrolic have gotten tix.
