STEP Details Announced!

I'm doing the same thing, I don't believe my email has seen this much attention ever. Hoping that Step program comes through and/or OMG sale. This will be my first adventure to the great playa and can't wait to taste dust in my teeth.

I have buy 2 tickets on step today, i'm so happy !!
About the step tickets, I just have receive an email about the ticketfly order payement, what i need to do next ? I m live in france and i now tickets it's on will call at the gate for us, not postal send, i just need to take this mail printing at the gate office on burning man to have my tickets or i will receive other thing later? The program don't ask me my name and my friend's name for the tickets, only the name on credit card (my friend's name), is it normal ? Step are not nominative for the two tickets ?

It sounds like you didn't read any of the ticket info or the FAQ (both are linked in my signature, below). As per the information posted on the ticketing page, the order is in the name of the credit card that was used for the purchase. Your friend will need to bring their ID to the will call box office window to be able to pick up the tickets.

You should only be worried if you were under the mistaken impression that having signed up for STEP would somehow guarantee that you'd get a ticket. Do keep looking on the ticket boards and within circles of friends, and good luck in finding the tickets you need.

I got my confirmation around 12:15. got offered a ticket about a week ago. My girlfriend got confirmation about a minute after me but she is still waiting. good luck.

I bought 2 tickets. On July 6 I put them on STEP but they didn't sell yet. If they don't sell till July 25, am I able to submit a change of names immediately after STEP closes (July 25 + 72 hours window)?

i wonder if there are going to be a bunch of STEP offers mailed out tomorrow

i was only sort of joking about the will call tickets sold outside of the US

if i was having a hard time figuring if i could make the long trip from abroad, i know i would be waiting until the last possible minute to rule out the trip before releasing them into STEP.

You need to contact Ticket Support, they are the only ones who can answer your question.

are people still receiving STEP tickets? When the guys in my group and I registered for STEP a couple of us requested 2 tickets, but all 3 of us were only offered 1 ticket. Just wondering how some people were offered 2 when others were offered 1 tho 2 were req'd? And if people are still receiving tickets thru STEP, will the second requested ticket be offered after the first round has gone out? Just wondering if I should still be holding out for STEP, or to completely move on.

At the risk of getting it wrong: It is my understanding that you get the number of tickets you asked for in the one and only offer you get.
I have no idea how to reconcile that with your story.
Contact ticket support, but focus on other sources.

i was the only one who requested a single ticket, so i'll get the boys to email ticket support to avoid confusion. thx for the tip! hopefully its not too late. but hey, we just need one more ticket. i think we'll be able to find it elsewhere, too

STEP has closed, and any ticket offers that may have been made before that program ended would have expired.
