Hi all! It's come up under a few different posts I've commented on, so, I wanted to ask in a new thread here.
Would you mind sharing your small tent and shade structure photos? I've seen a few on different threads, but I'd like to see how it's worked in the past and get ideas on how to make a secure battleship out of a tiny tent and shade structure.
I'm curious to see how it looks in the environment, and, what you need to get it set up.
The smaller and cheaper the solution, while still being sturdy and reliable, the better.
THANK YOU.

For shading a single tent the simplest option is a monkey hut. If you want a bit more comfort go with a hexayurt in place of a tent, though it's probably too late in the year to get the tape you need to make one (substituting is a bad idea).

This is my usual set up, small 4 season tent (with cot inside, used only for sleeping) under shade flap of monkey hut. This year I will have guardians at the gate. I use the cargo liner from an old wagon to capture my grey water (in front of table).
