I'm a bit dismayed at the Q&A linking to prior years. Was there seriously not a single new question asked this year?

If it helps, I'm dismayed at your being dismayed. The report only went live a couple weeks ago, my guess (and this is just me guessing, I don't have any involvement in the Q&A process) is that it's still early in the process for collecting and posting answers to frequently asked questions. Having it link to the previous year's Q&A seems to make sense, until they've got some frequently asked questions for the 2013 report to respond to.

Do feel free to read this year's report, and post any questions you may have on the Burning Man official Facebook page.
