You didn't get the email because they weren't your tickets, I guess.

I am not a "the sky is falling" type of guy; as of next Saturday a full day into the turn of the month I will begin looking up.
Stay hydrated my friend.

Personally I am going to start calling ticketfly every day around 3pm pacific time to inquire about my tickets until I have them in hand.

I call for immediate wholesale, unrestrained panic. We can film it and call it "performance art"!
Seriously: hope things start to work-out for you guys.

It's not time to panic yet. See this post.

Re: When is the appropriate time to panic about missing tick
Now would be a good time. My tickets were returned. Ticketfly claims they had the correct address. I don't know what happened but I don't have my tickets and I am in a panic. I've called them a couple of times a week and they won't mail them to me. They don't respond to email. They are sitting on all returned tickets until they finish sending out the rest of the tickets. All returned tickets go to will call or you can pay an extra charge though UPS 2 day express. We already paid extra fees for ticketfly to mail them to us. This is painful and disappointing.

To be fair, the cost for USPS mailing was the same as will call, so it's not like you paid a premium for them to be mailed.
I don't know the specifics of your case, but generally if tickets get returned, that's usually because the post office claimed they weren't deliverable. Either the post office had an issue with the address, or they tried unsuccessfully to get someone to sign for them (I have no idea how often they try, but usually after a few days, the local PO will send 'em back). Again, not knowing the specifics it's impossible to say, but given that there seem to clearly be issues with USPS mail delivery to your address, I think it's a good idea that they're refusing to send them out via that ship method a second time. Good luck in getting it sorted out.
