Re: STEP ticket not sold?
STEP closed meaning no one else can add tickets to the queue. I believe tickets put up for sale in STEP are still being distributed. It could be they offered your ticket to someone who stopped checking their email at which point it takes 72 hours to pass on to the next person, etc. Or they can just sit on the offer for 72 hours while they scrape together funds. Lots of possibilities. I would be SHOCKED if it doesn't sell through STEP.

Ours hasn't either.. Getting a bit worried now as it's impossible to sell them elsewhere once they are in the STEP program

Re: STEP ticket not sold?
I know people who are in STEP & still waiting for tickets, so I wouldn't worry too much. They will undoubtedly sell - the catch is that each person has 72 hours to decide, like FF mentioned above. Everything involving tickets this year is a waiting game, it seems.

Re: STEP ticket not sold?
Normally, when STEP is up and running, the ticket is offered to the next person in the queue, and they have 72 hours to respond. They may be away from the keyboard, or may just no longer need the ticket. At that window expires, the ticket would then be offered to the next person in line. Rinse and repeat, until a buyer is found.
When STEP closes, the pending offers that were made may still be purchased. If the person the ticket was offered to does not make the purchase, then the ticket will not have been sold. If it's been three days and you've not gotten a sale confirmation, contact [email protected] to ensure your ticket is still yours and valid, and then start looking for a buyer.
