Ticket Transfer Issues

I tried to transfer the name on my ticket, as it was bought with someone elses credit card. Not only could I not log into my account, but I've tried several times to recover my password and it seems impossible.

Where is the proper place to go to get this resolved?

You'd want to visit the Ticket Support site (linked in my signature, as well as on the Burning Man ticket info page and other places), and send your support request to the ticket team.
