Problems registering for OMG

I bought a ticket through the STEP program in January, but all car passes were sold. The site won't let me register for the OMG sale to get a vehicle pass because I got a ticket in January: "ERROR: You are not eligible to register for the OMG Sale. A code assigned to you was already used to buy tickets in a previous sale."

To me that's a problem with ticketing, and it seems like a fixable problem I recommend considering for next year.

I'm a Burner since '95 and a little perturbed about the additional level of complexity getting to BM this year, especially as I'm managing transportation for an out of state Burner.

Contact ticketing directly and squawk. They should be able and willing to make this happen for you.

FWIW, my theory is they cant sell you a ticket for $380 and then deny you entry because you dont have a $40 vehicle pass. The BMorg would have a hard time defending that position legally.

Contact them. Make a minor fuss. See what they do. Report back. Burn well!

There is a link on your profile page for just buying a vehicle pass. It seems to work for me although I didn't actually go all the way through it because I already have a pass and ticket.

EDIT: I actually just did it and it works. I already bought a ticket and pass in the main sale so I had a burner profile page already set up. I just went there and clicked the link to just buy a vehicle pass in the OMG sale and completed the form. It looks like this and is right about in the middle of the page.

On the profiles page, the first link offered from the top is for vehicle passes only. Did you click that link?
