HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Eric!!

I received the nicest present for your Birthday... my tickets and vehicle pass arrived, finally!!
This little fact is really contributing nicely to my celebration of your Birthday. (Plus the fact that it's Friday!)

I hope you're feeling (at least) as HAPPY as I am!

Thanks, BvB! I'm about bouncing off the walls by now...
Lately, I've had alot of free time to prepare, sorting and packing bins, dumping the bins, thinning down and re-packing. Unlike the last 3 years when everything gets done at the last minute. I always end up with WAY more stuff than I need. One of these years, I'll have it so pared down that I can ride my trike up to the Playa! (Of course, that would totally trash the poor trike...)
I have taken it on local camping trips, where I don't need so much darned Stuff!

Yeah, last year I think I reduced 'all the things' by about 20%, so at least I could see out the rearview mirror. Next year I'm thinking that if I thin it down even more, then maybe I'll have room to bring more stuff!

Actually I'm only halfway kidding. I really would like to have more room to bring art.

Yes, the solution is not a bigger car.

Morning yggy. Just need to make a box/stereo cabinet/ trunk for my trike. I don't have plans, lots of cloudy visions. I got some laminated particle board/ Formica sample boards to use (or ruin) and a little ripping guide for my skill saw. It might be my first box construction that turns out square. A friend at work suggested I make it messy with patch plates etc, and call it a Franken-trunk. ;)

I can see it now in my mind's eye.....Captain Noah Goddammit

And the Lord looked down upon Noah, and saith,
Noah, my servant, thou shalt take two of all types of people with you from the desert playa.

And Noah looked up to the LORD God, and saith:
"My Lord God, are you including the dubsteppers?"

And the LORD God looked down and smiled and saith,
"No, for with their darkness they have incurred my wrath, which is boundless. They are not humans."
