I signed up STEP as soon as all the main sale tickets were gone. What was that 40 minutes?
Checked my E-mail daily during the STEP resale. Got Nada, Bubkis , zilch. Signed up for OMG
OK Check Craigslist for local people who cannot go but have tickets they are willing to part with. Well darn. Looks like a lot of people going to the event.
OMG- So there I am making sure The Satellite is working on the ship . Watching the Atomic clock countdown. Taking passenger's and cars on a 5 hour trip. Tick tock tick tock All right only ten more minutes . Tick tock tick tock.
1200 pdt hit the enter the OMG sale on my profile. Only to see that I'm still 30 seconds early .
It was nice that I did not get kicked back out and I would just get redirected at 1200 PDT.
I was placed into the electronic waiting line of hell hoping the desktop I was using did not crash . Hoping that the satellite connection did not get an atmospheric disturbance and disconnect.
Finally I'm next up. Wooohoooo! I place my order. I forget to check a sending method (will call is the only one) get kicked back twice until I figure out I need to left click on "will call".
Satellite connection and desktop are staying together. Yeah baby almost there!
Place order Yes! What ? Whats this ? Ticketfly ? Huh? Oh crap?!! do I have a login for this? @#!$@#%@$%^@$^@$!
Try burner profile ! Nope? Crap! Try burningman forum login ? Nope Crap Crap Crap!
Satellite connection is still holding ! Yeah!
Try Facebook? crap blocked by bandwidth conservation protocol. Crap! Try email? Yes! reset password ! yes !
Oh MY Freaking God the Satellite is still holding!
Enter Ticketfly. Feeling somewhat relieved. Enter purchase info.
Satellite is still working even at this high latitude.
HIT "PURCHASE" ...................
All the bells start ringing in the biggest cathedral ever built (Notre Dame?) A thousand person Choir starts singing "Ode to Joy"
I have my confirmation numbers and receipt........Whew !!

Okay, Just so you know ,This is NOT a happy dance !
Did the whole thing right following all instructions from the MIP of the group then was told I could buy a friend's extra tx
But No, it had to go to a strong young newb to set up the camp
okay, still logical reasoning; but yesterday with the OMG looming..
I had the entire family ..I am supposed to be the good mother.. at the annual beach reunion
We went to the library to do the OMG and now it is done for I did not get one !
I am trying to be reasonable
My whole family is apologizing
BUT I am a original Burning Man addict and I do not have a tx !
And meanwhile still attempting to be a good mother !!!
