Getting a ride to Reno on the 31st or the 1st

Hi Y'all. My first burning man ever and believe it or not, I am excited! I am going to have have to leave after the man burns on the 30th and catch a flight from Reno on the 31st. I'm with a group in an RV but most people are going to want to stay on for the temple burn. How easy would it be for me to hitch a ride from BRC to Reno?

Also - do a lot of people even go to Reno from BRC? I know its close by but just wondering if it may be more convenient for me to book a flight from LA, Las Vegas or SF if I can get a lift there instead.

yes, a lot of people go to Reno after the Burn. The Grand Sierra sells out, the Sands is filled with burners that want to spend a bit less. Trust me, your first shower after the playa is heaven! I live in Sacramento and stay in Reno after the burn!
