Received ticket but no vehicle pass - no word from support

Post by eskila » Tue Aug 12, 2014 10:14 am

Hey everyone, I received my ticket in the mail but did not receive the vehicle pass I ordered. I've contacted ticket support three times since August 5 and have had no reply whatsoever. Really panicking now and trying to find a second vehicle pass, but if I can't find an additional pass I honestly don't know how I'll make it on the playa. I'm also set to arrive Aug 20 so time is running out. Is there ANYONE I can try and contact beside ticket support?

I'm in the same boat. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, and I fully expect they will drop the ball and fail to get me my vehicle pass.

My recommendation, and what I'm about to do: Go buy one on stubhub. They're about $95 currently, which sucks, but I'm not going to let the org's fuckup ruin my Burn, and it's well worth the $95 to have the peace of mind this close to departure date.

The e-playa provides. Someone saw this, pointed me to someone who had a couple to sell, and score! Not having to resort to scalpers for the win.

Thanks you-know-who-you-are!

See this post - use email, and make sure you reference the support ticket number that you got in the automated response when you first submitted your ticket. No automated response? That means you need to check your spam folder.
