Conditional sales not allowed
I know nothing of value over face value, but how about things that are of little monetary value?

Absolutely no conditions are allowed to be attached to sales, or trades or bonuses attached to offers placed on the ePlaya - not requiring a rideshare, not an offer to give a seller a massage, not choosing the "best person" for your camp, not offering a joke video of you in a kiddie pool, nothing, nada, zip, zero may be required as a condition or offered in addition to face value.
Face value +shipping and fees only on both sides. If a seller wants to choose a person who fits their criteria, they are free to go through the extensive "Tickets Wanted" posts and choose the person who they like the best, but they cannot post those criteria in Tickets Offered.
NO CONDITIONAL SALES. MUST LIST PRICE. MAY ONLY SELL AT or OFFER FACE VALUE +FEES & SHIPPING. PERIOD.
