what is the earliest we can pickup will call tickets?
What are the hours after that?

It opens 12pm (noon) PDT on Wednesday, August 20 and then runs 24/7 through the event.

In the OP's defense, the Will Call FAQ doesn't really make it clear that the Will Call office is open 24/7. Not sure about the survival guide. I'm not a festival person, but I think the 24 hour nature of Burning Man entry is unique. Other events and venues have office hours.

When does Will Call Open? I want to make sure the tickets transferred over to me and i case there is a problem ant to handle it as soon as possible. what are the hours of will call?

are all special tickets non transferable? I have a conclave ticket that I got at a discount for participation in a conclave, I also have a early entry pass for 8/19 , can i transfer my ticket to a friend in exchange for a hard ticket to utilize my early entry pass on the 19th?
