Hello Fellow Burners.
My name is Boback Emad, I am an international sculptor and architect. I have built large scale monumental stainless steel sculptures in France, Mexico and through out the US. You can check out my work on the web.
If you need some help building or repairing your camp or art car, I would love to help. I have a line on a ticket but its still not 100%.
I have a truck that is loaded up with a TIG welder, plasma cutter, air compressor and a wide assortment of metal and wood working tools. I could bring a MIG welder but its three phase. I could bring more stuff if you need something specific.
I live in San Francisco.

Many people who might need your help are already on the playa or will be very soon. You might try searching the collaboration tool: http://spark.burningman.com/.
On-playa there are some camps that specialize in assisting mutant vehicles, art, and bikes with emergency repairs and I bet they'd be delighted to have an extra, knowledgeable hand around. Perhaps look through the list of theme camps (http://www.burningman.com/themecamps/themecamps.html) for key terms like "welding" or "repair," and contact them. Again, many may already be on the move toward the playa, but you could at least learn where in the city they'll be located so you can drop by.
You could also mail the San Francisco Burning Man email list to see if anyone needs last-minute assistance. You could definitely save somebody's day.
