Even though we still have six cats, the house feels empty.
Shadow, better known as Stinky. Our last holdout from Pennsylvania went to kitty heaven this morning. :cry: :cry: :cry: We knew we were going to lose her. She'd been losing weight and getting frail for the last several months. She ate this morning, a few hours before she passed away. We would've had her 15 years this coming December. We're guessing she was 17 years old as she was about two when we found her as a stray.
The vet wanted to put her down three years ago because of her age at the time when she suffered a broken jaw. I'm glad I spent $800 and got up at 2:00am every morning for two months to tube feed her so she could have another three years.
Hope we gave you a good life.

There is no pain like the loss of a beloved animal soul mate. Sorry Thecatman that Shadow (Stinky) went on ahead without you. I'm glad you still have other feline companions.
You don't have to be skinny, naked and under 30 to be a Hottie!
