Found Australian Passport, Passport holder is red and has a shell pattern on it, please identify the name and info in the passport to have it returned.

Australian passports don't have an address printed in them, only city of birth. I think you should post the name, in case someone knows the person but doesn't know they lost their passport. The owner *should* have a record of the passport number or at the very least they should be able to supply a picture of themselves that matches the one in the passport.
