Sorry to hear that, Doc. I know death, but not the death of a parent... I'm sure it's strange.
Over the past year, the surviving sisters and I did the communication with each of our parents about end of life, and I think that they'd both think a short time in hospital without much pain, time to say good-bye, was a pretty good way to go. Small comfort at best, but there it is.

Hugs, Doc, If your dad is anything like my mom, he would have been upset and apologetic at interrupting your burn ( I know you would prefer to have been notified). I'm glad you did have time with him. (((Doc)))

o.k., counting down the working mornings. I must stay focused. so much to do. But I feel giddy, and terrified, and hopeful. So much future aggravation has been sidestepped, or did I just wave a red cape? I gave notice at work, and am going to take a short break to get things going in the right direction again. Foolhardy, reckless, perhaps, but It's something to try at least. Being stuck in concrete for so long, it takes a big hammer to break free. I'll skip the weekly manager's meeting today, so whoop-dee-doo.

Yay Elorrum!! I speak for me, but probably for others, when I say "whatever happens and is ahead, we're here if you need us." Though, I suspect you'll handle everything just as it should be........good decisions and moves often show themselves.

Man, it's Wednesday already! It's been one helluva week, and only barely halfway into it. I'm determined to finish up all my playa-related laundry today, and gotta de-playafy my tophats. If I'm lucky I also want to get a good start on the tool bins, as well as go through more of my pictures. I've got a few video clips I want to go through too, though I'm not sure if I got anything worth editing and posting anywhere. I'm gonna need plenty of

did get to see a lot this year, we had a very busy time with Perimeter, and I got called in extra. but, in it'self that is fun!

Hi (((Trilo))) !!! So sorry not to see you in BRC this year.

Survived my first day back at the office with my annual eval, top marks in every category, yay, but got sucked into covering bookoo shifts for one of our nurses whose father just died...working overtime & on-call backup, I think I have 3 days off this month.

So I had better get my suitcases emptied and do that dusty laundry today while I can. Oh and all the dusty leather stuff, and hats...
