The DOD is already simulating for climate wars. What do you think is going to happen half a billion Bangladeshis invade India because they are flooded out?

Bangladeshis? Probably not much more than close the border with the military. Plus if Bangladesh's population has tripled in size without any real infrastructure change, India will probably be well prepared for something to go down anyway. The best part is that they won't be considered "real" refugees fleeing from persecution for which countries are technically supposed to allow in.

It'll be the same the world over. These nations on the losing end of climate wars are already vulnerable and poorly equipped to take on any of the major powers. They'll just be herded into camps near the borders with no real way to break through. The real trouble for those in power will come from within, as livelihoods are destroyed and automation has taken over alternative jobs. Nothing like a lot of unemployed people to create instability.
