Kowtows cooler is visible, but the trampoline is not, so that narrows this to between Wed afternoon and Thursday afternoon I think. Anybody else have any ideas of timing?

Given the rather conspicuous burn happening in a lot of the aerial shots on that website I'd say it can be narrowed down to between 7am and 10am on Thursday

The canopy is already there, but the black shade clothe makes it hard to see it.

I think it was Saturday that the Asian couple put their little camp up next to Mary.

I think they were only there overnight and left sunday.

It's say's the picture was taken during the Embrace burn, so if memory serves... I was passed out. I came home at 5:00am that morning, so I'm guessing the pic was taken on Friday morning around 8:00-8:30am. I can't make out anything other than UnjonHarley sipping milk.

No argument there, but that trampoline frame was real. They never skinned it, and after a couple of days it just disappeared. Never did figure what was up with that. One of those odd bits of flotsam and jetsam that drifts through the collective I guess....

And he came by at least two more times to charge his cell phone. His motif was talking non-stop to absolutely nobody, and doing his best to channel all conversations to be about him. Nice enough, but really an odd duck. (And that comment coming from OUR camp really should say something about this guy! LOL!)

New camp feature for 2015:






This was offered on a local buy-n-sell web site yesterday, and it was only two miles from my house, so I couldn't resist. Worse, I paid money for it -- $40.- (forty bucks).
But this is a kind'a desirable piano, because it is the smallest and lightest of pianos with the action (main mechanism) above the keyboard. Any smaller, and the action is below the keyboard, and those are difficult to work on, and not so good to play either.
Everything works, and it is in decent tune.

My first burn I was in awe of those camps that actually brought a piano to the desert. I still thinks its pretty rad.

Thanks. I brought two in 2010, but they were full size ones, very heavy, which was a bit awkward. This one is more manageable.
If we are keeping score, I suppose I could count the baby grand this year, but it was Ygmir who hauled it out there.
Comical thing is.... I cannot play. But I can haul.

They were there Friday night (at least) as well. I had some of their Shōchū before going to the Man burn

So, another year.. Ordering a bike stand.. My old body don't bent so good.. Te bike stand hold a bike up where you can work on all part of the bike.. But.. I want to build my own wheel tuner.. Looks like a fun winter for me..
