I figured that with all the people weighing in on the threads (mostly involving abuses by powerful people, coincidence?) where issues are discussed, and then some concerned road-block feels compelled to weigh in and say “Nothing can be done, why is this being discussed, I’m bored with this discussion among the adults, kill this thread, whine whine whine about others being interested in something” you just don’t get, or hope to derail.

Here is your thread, fill out your forms, discuss why you feel discussing something is pointless, complain about public input and concern, discourage yourself. Do that here.

Please quit doing your completely illogical rants about how rants are so pointless on threads where people actually believe this type of discussion has meaning. Thank you.

BTW, I was rather fond of that particular horse before it passed on. Its name was "Decommodification". I'm just not sure what the point is now. Dead is dead.

Okay, I had to have this read to me twice, but it implies that change is possible. On a cosmic scale. This kind of leads me to believe that change is possible even in something as ancient and time tested as Burner Culture and participant configuration...things akin to thunder and lightning, uncontrollable and beyond mere mortal comprehension. Yet here you are insinuating that the very nature of our universe has changed, can change. Then to add to the issue, you pursue information just to know more, as if you can, and as if that matters.... This really isn't the thread for your kind of open discourse. Well, not that anything can be done about that.

Why?

Unless the coins started off all "heads" and then were flipped over to "tails", one at a time, in the time before 5:00pm. Then If you ran time backwards from 5:00pm the entropy state would remain low. I can't prove any of this however and can't do anything about it.
