Eplaya Camp 2005

I posted this on the 04 camp thread, but... well, you know.

Considering we are all hanging around here, and so enjoying one another's company.... I figure if even a small number of us got together and contributed, participated, what have you...

We could probably come up with one kick ass camp.

Thoughts?

PS- pardon me if this idea has previously been discussed or suggested.

i will probably continue to camp with ARSEon Island but i always seem to end up adopting a camp each year.

I kinda figured it had, but I really think we could do something with it. Everyone who doesn't want to leave their other camp could just think of it as a second home... just the the real, uh, virtual eplaya!

I bet a lot of people would end up getting stuck too.

Not for long you'd get up and go over and slap DVD,

There would need to need to be a number of caulk boards or dry erase marker boards, or better yet a scroll of heavy weight white paper. Maybe rubber stamps or linoleum blocks to make avatar stamps with.

I think I would avoid the high tech up link stuff.

i would not slap DVD... i'd let him become annoying and somebody else would slap him.

i am non-violent person with plenty of traning in violent actions... thereby being a preventative measure, "a deterrent" if you will.

yeah, i agree with low/no tech on the playa.

i hope to make it next year.

Or all communication could be done via word magnets. (I could see us now, stealing choice verbiage from each other.)

Just let me know if there are any craft plans, I've got bags of weird stuff for assemblage.

step 0, Xara Dulzura project
step 1, get to BM in '05
step 2, be less cranky
step 3, actually make it to the meet n' greet

now, is step 4 an eplaya camp? for me? immmmmmno

Skip step 2--personality makeovers are timeconsuming and often fail.

On the other hand, it may be perfect for me. I can't work for ESD anymore, so my energy has to go somewhere. I'll still be with the MrFishist at 3:00 but having somewhere else to direct my energies while he's out saving the participants from themselves. . .

[of course, one of our camp activities could be a "quorum" (size to be determined) of e-playans going over to Camp Hi and staging a kidnap. Dress Stuart as a fluffly cloud and set him adrift. (Water bottle included, of course. Can anyone make a fluffy, sparkly water bottle in time?)]
