Its almost here..... Burn the River 2014 – Sacramento's 4th Annual Decompression
October 25 @ 12:00 pm - October 26 @ 3:00 am

But none of the links are working; how do I get a campsite, etc? The Facebook page looks like it hasn't been updated since 2012...

Just heard that besides Oliver (Twist) busting up his arm, Sharon (Cap'n Joe's wife) broke her leg while leaving on Sunday. Sounds like Mayham had a field day. Think I'm glad I missed it.

Yeah, Olivers arm looked pretty bad but I don't believe it got broken, just severely dislocated.

I didn't hear about Sharon.

I heard a rumor that this event may be outgrowing its venue. Thoughts? There are camping resorts up here in Lake County that would welcome new business. Of course, the drive might be too far, but I enjoy brainstorming new ideas.

Yes, it has outgrown the venue. They have been looking at different places to hold the event for a couple years now.

New venue is apparently a WMCA camp up in Woodland. 20 acres.
