A couple interesting articles out there about the Burn, just do an interweb search on-

"vogue burning man festival fashion"
and
"herald sun behind burning man festival"

Both commercial sites.

Surprisingly I saw no feathers in the Vogue article on BM fashion, other than on the cover.

It's interesting that people would be asked to report trademark infringement on Burning Man to the org, while who really has a clue as to what the org itself has allowed? Are these sanctioned articles?
I just wonder if there are professional photographers making a buck off of advertising Burning Man even more, increasing the draw, with more constant new demand there is less need to be responsive to the over-all community at large, all with the blessing of the org, for precisely those reasons.

Okay, listening to the input from loyal Burners, the BRCCP's media department has reached out to Highlights for Children and Hustler magazine, arranging photoshoots and articles that would put the Burn in the best light possible to dissuade the glitteradia and sparklecadres from entering the Burn on their iphone bucket list app. Further consideration has been given to having the doofus redneck millionaire hicks from Duck Dynasty do a 3 part special from the playa. Once confirmed, the BRCCP will post it's soundcamp main stage offerings of John Tesh and One Direction, giving further proof that the playa is not where cool people want to be. Soon the BRCCP will have its online store up and offering artistically rendered mop-head costume accessories, along with pre-lost cameras and top-shelf bottles of booze, for when losing yourself on the playa just isn't enough. Though most of us can't remember that far into the past, back in the early days of Burning Man, tickets had been offered around the pagan winter holidays . The BRCCP plans to offer their own version of this forgotten tradition by making available pre-holiday Sherpa passes at a reasonable price of 300% of the average Nepalese annual income. These limited passes will allow you to try and get in on the internet sale, provide a ride on mutant vehicles if they let you on, and gives the lucky recipient the opportunity to try and get food and drinks off of the largess of the BRC community.
