From Finland?

Hello my future friends!

2015 will be my first burn. I'm coming from Finland. Currently it looks like I will be flying solo.

As you all know, it will be quite a hassle to haul all the required stuff to the desert. This is a lot of work even for the locals who live nearby, even more so for us who come from Europe or elsewhere.

I'm looking for other people coming from Finland. Maybe there's some way how we could help each other to prep for the event, pool resources here/there etc. Let me know if you exist!

Many people come solo to Burning Man and bring what they can fit in their luggage, then buy all their supplies once they land in the states.
As far as coming by yourself, you will meet people immediately and make friends.

We do have a group that comes every other year from Norway. I realize that this is not the same place as Finland, but some of the logistics might translate. Unfortunately, they don't often post here any more.

Burnerfinn, Welcome. This is a very slow time of year to try and hook up with other travelers from your area. It would be great to contact them early, (like now), so you can share resources. The internet should produce some leads. Anyway, hang out with us and maybe some of your questions and needs will get answered.
