This thread is intended for any Burners from Chicago to meet, share ideas, and collaborate:

I am a first time burner interested in joining a camp/brainstorm camp ideas.

Please post any resources, questions, comments, concerns... Let's help each other plan our BM 2015 experience together!

camps will start looking for new mates after the first of the year but you might want to look on last years theme camps threads to get an idea of what the different camps have to offer and what camp might fit you best.

Is it just me, or would a good name for a Chicago Burners camp be called "Mrs. O'Leary's Cow"?

HI there! I am also from Chicago and looking to make 2015 my first burn (ticket gods willing). My thought at the moment is that I will not try join up with a theme camp and will camp solo, but of course everything is open to change. I've never been to the playa but I am an experienced backcountry camper so I do have some skills and knowledge which I hope will come in handy getting me there and back in one piece. Anyway, welcome to the board and thanks for starting this thread. A theme camp based around Ms O'Learys Cow is a great idea
