Fundraiser: Burnstock psychedelic bus extravaganza!

Hey all you lovely people. Sooooo my bro Chris stock has done something awesome.... Bought a massive bus for everyone to enjoy at bm 2015 and beyond! He has suck grand plans this thing ain't gonna be cheap... Roof top dance floor, dj booth, top shelf bar fully stocked, firemans pole, slide, full lazer and psychedelic light show going on inside. Basically it's gonna rock...

He has started a kickstarter just to get the last bit of funding to complete the project.

Burnstock, a 1960's themed art car, making its first appearance to the Black Rock Desert Burning Man in 2015. The Burnstock bus is a 40 foot, two story, psychedelic, black light, neon, light show, party bus!

The 40 foot bus was purchased in September 2014.

So far the bus has been:

completely gutted
large bar with glowing burning man with bar stools was built into the rear of bus
psychedelic ceiling was painted to move with LED lights
walls have been fully covered in green neon fur
floors have been painted to glow with black lights
all electrical for lights and light shows have been installed
5,000+ LED lights have been installed
LED laser light projector has been installed
bench seating along windows have been installed and painted to glow with black light
Items to be finished with funding:

build and install 40 foot dance floor on roof top
install handrails around dance floor
build and install staircase from inside bar up to 2nd story dance floor
install large PA stereo system
decorations to outside of bus
light show on the outside of bus
large bean bags, lava lamps throughout, two dance poles
bike rack installed on rear of bus
generator installed to power stereo and light systems on playa
Our main goal is to fully complete and bring Burnstock to Burning Man 2015 to enjoy with backers, friends, family and fellow burners!

We will be adding pictures as things are completed

All the progress so far has been fully documented

All extra funding will go to upgrading the sound system, bar, light shows, decorations and swag.

Interior paint is getting there, these neon paints look so good with the black light (natural tripping FTW!!) honestly the ceiling swims with the lights, its awesome.....

how are you going to mutate the outside?

As TK notes, acceptance for operation by the DMV is not guaranteed (unless you are a high net worth PnP..). Sure you have subscribed to the MV email list, networked with other MV builder-operators, and looked at the galleries of previously accepted MVs. The inner MV and the outer MV have to both work.

Tony, are you giving any thought to the bus itself? The mechanical aspect -- engine, transmission, brakes, steering, fuel system, tires, and so on? Be sure you have a knowledgeable team-member to take charge of all that.

Where in Dayton? I live near 50 and Occidental, about four miles east of Smiths near the new Maverick

Crazy paint,two story dance floor,lots of lights, large slide off back,bar under slide off back, bike rack and large psychedelic signs (hoping for large bean bag on front)
