.

That's true, why haven't you moved out here yet?
Bagels, pizza, knishes, streetmeat, snow, fall, Brothas, Sistas, Latinas,Latinos,Jews,Poles, Ruskies, Arabs, Indians, Pakastani, Krauts, Guinas, Japs, Chinese, (all in the same subway car), Broadway, beaches, museums, tourists, 24hr everything, noise, pace and subways.....but mostly bagels, pizza, knishes and streetmeat (Halal is crack). That said, I will say that stretch between Co and NV makes me rethink it every time.
The west isn't all desert... up here we have all the big civilization stuff and great food, MINUS the vast majority of the flying and/or crawling bugs, humidity, heavily salted roads that destroy your cars within a couple years, hurricanes, or super nasty winters.
The tech and airplane industries keep the economy brisk, there's jobs here.
I'm an east coast transplant from many years ago (the South, New York, Baltimore). I'd NEVER go back! Hell I wouldn't even visit.

Hello,

I am planning on doing exactly that. Have you been able to find out if it works for you?
