fuckfuckfuck Today my mommy had a grand mal seizure. Went on for some time. Dr. was there and checked her out. Could not answer why she had one. She stopped breathing and turned blue around her mouth and the nurse rubbed her chest and she started breathing again. My sister went by to see her and she was sound asleep. The nursing staff says shes fine now and eating. She has no dehydration, blood work is perfect. She has no change in meds. In the ER two summers ago, they could not find one thing wrong in her blood work and they did everything except an MRI which we all agreed she may not make it through the procedure as they would have to put her out.

The ER doc telling my sister that in patients mom's age there are a percentage of patients that have a late onset seizure disorder with no prior history. It's a mystery. She had two in July two years ago and none until today.

Good news today. My Mom has been sounding under the weather and not too good the last couple of weeks, but today, SHE'S all better! Yay for good MDs! She's 82, and I am always prepared to drop everything at a moment's notice to go home if needed, but all is much better!

Dad is doing well, too!

It'll be better after a good nights sleep but i feel like crap at the moment.

Fucking intense days at work. Coworker I never have jived with has cancer. Been going through chemo etc. I've known of it, but not really liking the guy have just been on outside of it all. I have donated some leave, but anonymously. he pulled up to my cubicle the other day and just started talking about how crappy it was. I fucking listened. Offered no fixes, just listened. Since then he's called several times, just talked about his options. He talked, I listened and repeated. Now we are talking quality vs, quantity. Hard decisions for him. i don't know why he picked me, but I am fucking honored.

It also puts all this other stuff into fucking perspective. Get over your shit, be happy.
