Greetings and Salutations E-Playa! I've wanted to participate here for awhile and I'm finally taking the plunge.
I've been getting radically out of my comfort zone since 2012 and am looking forward to future years. You can usually find me washing hair during the day at Sweaty Betty's salon in the 7/8 and D/E neighborhood.
This year a group of Burner friends and I are considering diving into the art car world and I have a question regarding the Mutant Vehicle Guidelines about mutant vehicles resembling street vehicles. Can somebody direct me to the appropriate place here on E-Playa to ask a question about that?

hi and welcome!
probably your best info will come from using google search, and adding "eplaya" on the end.
many have better luck there than the search feature here.
your question has probably been answered a few times, you just have to find it.

Welcome.
Savannah: I don't know what it is, but no thread here escapes alive. You'll get 1 or 2 real answers at minimum, occasionally 10 or 12, and then we flog it until it's unrecognizable and you can't get your deposit back.

Hi Witchbrother!
I'd head straight to the Department of Motor Vehicles if you have a question about standards for an art car. We have knowledgeable mutant vehicle owners here on ePlaya, but the approval of the DMV is what you will (obviously) need the most when all is said and done.
