No, but I used to be able to do "Jabberwocky" while incredibly trashed. I should relearn that skill.

Not a chance. I'm a Wisconsin native. It's in our blood (literally).

TPBM skipped out from work to buy their Pre=Sale ticket today.

Actually I have found no need to use it for my sleep/wake/sleep cycles. My circadian rhythms are pretty robust and I fall asleep easily and wake up at precisely the same time every morning - haven't used an alarm clock for many years (decades?).

tpbm is getting serious about dropping a few pounds after the holiday eating season.

No, but I do have one in the shape of a tin of Charles Chips, from Musser's Potato Chips, Inc.
tpbm has eaten these chips, and maybe even had them delivered to their home.

Merely slowed down. Spotted them before the radar got me or else I wasn't going exceedingly fast over the speed limit.

TPBM would like to wear the title "Emperor"

I liked the movie with Lee Marvin, and perhaps have a bit of hobo wanderlust in me. The movie title referring to a joke among hobos during the Great Depression that the world's best hobo was "Emperor of the North Pole", a way of poking fun at their own desperate situation since somebody ruling over the North Pole would reign over a wasteland.

Flying to the east coast to pick up my new truck and trailer. Of course that's assuming my container of tires actually manages to leave long beach in February. Fucking dock workers are on strike or some such bullshit. Years ago, the president would have sent in the national guard, and told the dock workers to pound sand...

Not totally but I think they have outlived their usefulness. I was in the teamsters for a few years when I lived in PA and didn't get the representation I thought I would when issues arose.

A-Yep. But only because I over withhold. It's an interest free load to the gov'mint but it beats hell out of paying. Like a small auxiliary savings account that gets rolled into a real one every year.
