Yeah it was chilly in the shade for painting, but the passersby were nice mainly...
funny that just about everyone felt compelled to tell us what color we were using. Yay, good job to your kindergarten teachers.

Mornin All!!

Went to Smiths this morning for bacon and garlic and man the place was packed.
Yeah, I'm favoring Seattle as well but I think NE gonna take it. A few of there OL guys are 6'8" over 300lbs and can handle Seattles defense and TE Rob Gronkowski, 6'6" 265lbs. Average size for a tight end but strong. But go Seattle!

There was a serious accident last night on US 50 near the Maverick. About a 1/4 mile west from where we enter 50. Don't think there was any fatalities but at least one was Careflighted to Reno.
Hope all stay safe on super Sunday

The oddsmakers didn't take a hit at halftime. Tied at 14-14. Sorta speaks very eloquently that parity has take hold in the NFL. Or we go with the Robert DeNiro observation about any given Sunday.

Morning, kiddies. Beautiful sunny and 70s day here today. Perfect day to have a painful wisdom tooth extracted in about an hour and a half from now. After that, the NEB will be a perfect place to recover. Gotta get myself together. See you all later

Indeed. I'm becoming addicted to the Friskies' series, with 'Dear Kitten.....' They did one for 'the big game' that was superb.

Good morning, Bar! I had a wonderful weekend. I helped the gf with some errands on Saturday, then we grabbed a bite at a favorite pub and went over to our workshop place to print out the art poster we'd finished up on Friday night. It took some tinkering with the settings, but wow that thing looks amazing all printed out in large format... I can't wait to share that a little later in the spring. Then it was back to the pub for a victory pint and to talk more about ideas for the other pieces. At home, we both dove right into working on designs. Everything from sketching and blocking and digging through reference photos and notes to rendering dozens and dozens of textures, digital drawing and painting, layout and typesetting, and minute details.

Here's hoping the wisdom tooth removal went smoothly, Marty, and you have a speedy recovery.

And drive home safe, mgb... aside from the roads having their own issues, there's the issue of the other people and their questionable driving skills. I used to do a lot of driving along those roads (I-75, then I imagine 80, 76, 70, and maybe even a little I-95 on the east coast), there was never a shortage of bad drivers coming out of nowhere.
