Used the email link, in the waiting room at 12:00:20, took until 12:10 to get to the tickets area. A little stressful, but I got 'em!

I got mine!

I had an issue with entering a State/Province. The textbox/dropdown was hidden UNDER the city textbox. It took several attempts to work that out and I had to tab to it and type "C" before it swapped to the city box. I took screen caps that I will send to ticketfly to let them know of the issue.

Took about 4 minutes total. The waiting room is weird, though. For me, the screen showed a minute wait, and then the time went to 8 minutes. After about a minute wait on the "8 minute" mark, the little green barreled across the screen to "less than a minute". About 15 seconds from there, and I was in.

I got in at 12:01 and was in by 12:10, done by 12:15. Today was a good day. DGS ticket sales went well last year too as I recall.

In the waiting room at 12:00:10, got tickets by 12:13. Hearing from my fellow Hardwarians, sounds like at least most of them have their tickets as well. See you all at Burning Man!

If I remember correctly, last year, it was around the June / July time frame. You will get prior notification when they are going to be sent.

YAY!! Camp Shift, Temple Guardians, Earth Guardians, I'm on my way home!!

Totally nerve-wracking... Logged in through Burner Profile, but after 6 minutes, the access button never changed, so I went in through the email link, and Voila! but had ANOTHER 8-9 minute wait (which randomly fluxed longer and shorter). I just held my breath. Disbelief I snagged 'em 15 minutes into it. Woot!

Note to Self: Go in through the email link next time.

Pretty painless overall. Had to wait about 17 minutes although the counter numbers were up and down a few times. Once in, very quick. Yay!

Tickets will not mail out until the summer. They don't usually post a specific date, but in the last couple years the mailings start in June.

Kudos to the ticket team and the folks at Ticketfly. I like the changes and improvements made for this year, and am hopeful they'll make for an even better experience for the masses during the Individual Sale.

I screwed up on the password and the panic that has been part of the ticket process since the mail in days (where you needed to get the postmark hand stamped at the PO) infected me again.

Went to reset password and I wasn't the only one...404 page.

Cried in my pillow for a minute, contemplated suicide, let that go and tried again and
Worked, and Ticketfly sent me a page to reset password.
Reset it.

Entered the direct link again, as the old one stopped recognizing my status, and in one minute was putting in the cc info.

That was at 12:30, and I was stunned there were still tickets.

Super smooth process, had the usual panicked moments but didn't refresh and after about 10 total minutes I got my tickets! I hope the main sale is this easy for everyone!

Great process. Clean, smooth, and no BS. From clicking the link at 12:00:01 to confirmation email 2 minutes.

Anyone fondly remember the first years of online BM tickets sales? You'd log on and be told "13,492 In Line, please wait". 6 hours later, if you didn't have a hard drive crash, internet interruption, or some other glitch that kicked you out, you'd get to order tickets. If they weren't sold out....

That said, Break It Down is back again to continue our love and bondage relationship with our neighbors.

Smoothest BM purchase I've ever made (at least since the days of buying them over-the-counter). Clicked the direct link right as the clock changed to 12 Pacific, and couldn't have been in the waiting room more than a few seconds.

It appears the rest of the camp had the same experience. Astral Headwash will be returning for another year in 2015!

Mine worked fine, except that I got the anachronism thing at the start (2 minutes - 5 minutes - 9 minutes - 7 minutes - 3 minutes - 2 minutes - 1 minute - less than a minute - done. Elapsed time: 6 minutes, which was never one of the options.

Having been trained by previous encounters, I didn't even break a sweat.

So, after a 2-year absence, I'm back on the Playa (with the Black Rock Beacon, Burning Man's favorite quasi-daily newspaper).

The estimated wait time things can be annoying, but on the flip side it's one thing to ballpark estimate the amount of time it takes each person to enter their info into the transaction engine, and another to see how long it actually takes (some might have it ready and be quick, others might be hunting and pecking their way through entering every piece of info.

From entry to exit - took 6 minutes to get 2 tickets and a car pass. That was with the error messgae letting me know I had a typo in the card number.

Much much much smoother than previous years.
