No, there will not be a real-time ticket supply calculator. Besides, counters like that have a low accuracy level during the frenzy of a busy on-sale as tickets go into or out of the supply as they're added to people's carts, or orders are canceled/declined, etc.

I got my tickets by 12:05, somehow never saw the line or any pauses though I got the "Connection has been reset" page right at 12:01. Hit refresh, got in and then it gapped out a few times saying the service was down.
I managed to select my tickets but then it just stopped replying or loading the page. I noticed my cart had three items in it, so I clicked on it and hit the "refresh cart" option and boom, sorted!

Yes, I'm hearing passes are sold through as well. Numbers were lowered, but to a level that was in line with last year's actual passes used. Just worry about getting through and getting tickets now, vehicle passes can be sorted later. People realize they didn't need as many as they thought and plenty turn up in the after-market, and it's also possible that Burning Man will revisit the number they make available this year.
