Some interesting stuff on this reddit thread. Apparently it was possible to "hit the button" before the button actually appeared by digging in the javascript code. For the record, I'm not accusing anyone who expoited this of cheating.

Below is a link from the BM communications diva regarding the ticket sale yesterday. You may find it interesting and also helpful since I'm sure many of you are getting asked questions about the sale (and why and how 40,000 tickets could go in 80 minutes!), the process, the next steps.

Also - was there some truth to people jumping the que as asked earlier? yes - follow this link. These guys are being tracked down and tickets cancelled....

Those that offered up a prize and guessed closest to the 80:00 that is floating around as the final sale. So:

MDMF007 = 19:30 - Way off. BMAN Necklace.
Vulture Chow = 22:30 Closer, but pshaw Nope. Bizarre Crochet creation.
Lucky 420 = 24:36 Even closer, not a handgrenade though. Makeout Session.
AntiM = 16:66 Was optimistic like me... Personal Painting...
