Im skoobz, easily identifiable by a scooby-doo tattoo. I'm from Milton Keynes in England (halfway between London and Birmingham)
I'm a virgin burner and managed to secure a ticket to celebrate my 50th Birthday (but no I'm not some millionairre - just a hippy festival lover, fed up with how commercial and dirty places like Glastonbury have become). i've dreamt of going to Burning man since its inception over 25 years ago but even so, I'm incredibly nervous and excited in equal measures, about getting to BM for the first time this year. I'm hoping to come with the wife, but that isnt quite sorted out yet.
I'm musical - well, I play the drums anyway (and can hold a guitar at least !) and I'm an engineer by trade. I would love to help an art installation bringing something bit to the playa.
On the way I'm looking to hopefully team up with some intrepid Burners from the UK (hey!), or maybe find a music or art based camp and hope to bring the means to make a lot of bread !!! (and some drumsticks)
