Low Income and Individual Tickets Qualification

Post by Cuculola » Thu Mar 12, 2015 10:22 am

Hi all,

My boyfriend and I are hoping to attend our first burn this year. In our preliminary planning I sadly came to the conclusion that this would not be financially possible unless I was able to procure a low income ticket. Since this year's burn is right around the time of my birthday, my very loving and generous boyfriend had offered to cover the difference from the regular price tickets as an early birthday present.

Upon hearing that last year's tickets were sold out in 45 mins, we wanted to ensure our chances at tickets this year and both registered for the individual sale. Unfortunately we were both unlucky in this endeavor.

I submitted my Low Income application when it first opened up and now I'm worried that I won't qualify because I had also registered for the individual sale. I'm wondering now if I should submit a new application or contact support to explain my situation, or this is all a moot point and I'm worried over nothing?

Any insight would be appreciated!

Having registered does not disqualify you.
