late "all" the time, seems impossible, no? at some instant, between early and late, you are exactly on time. Much like the clock, which does not run, is in exactly perfect time once (24hour) or twice (12 hour) per day. The most accurate clock, is the one that is stopped, owing that it is exact once or twice per day, so averages out better.
So, we might surmise, you are only late, when not early, or on time. That being said, you are late only 1/3 of the time.
