The idea that telling people how to burn is doing it wrong it pretty widely held, certainly I didn't come up with it.

Also how many years do I have to go before you stop dismissing my opinions at 2nd yearitus? Not that I'm bothered by such a petty jab, I'm just curious. And is there a waiting period between then and developing into a crusty jaded old fucko?

I think it's really quite sad when someone doesn't have the intellectual or emotional capacity to understand that not everyone is just like them and manage to discuss their differing opinions without resorting to petty personal insults. If you think I'm wrong tell me why, address the actual points I'm making for my point of view. That's how adults have a discussion. But to be fair if the best you can do is "nobody likes you anyway and I'm not gonna talk to you anymore so HA! *blows raspberry*" you're probably not worth having a conversation with anyway.

After a few years of reading "search engine optimized" journalism, some can start to write in AdWords, or the culturally equivalent signifiers to the intended audience. On the other hand, it would be boring if all language was the same. It can make for a fascinating ethnographic study!
