This sounds like a great event. For the longest time I've wanted to visit Calgary.

In other words I'll just have to put it on my "bucketlist"

Freezer Burn is this upcoming weekend near Ponoka, Alberta, Canada. I'm more than excited for this event. There will the be the Hippo Love art car (amongst others,) we host a naked slip and slide, the Space Gnomes will be hosting their epic Red and White party (which they throw every year on the Playa somewhere on the 3 side,) a brain eating contest at the Zombeez bar, naked yoga, and much more awesomeness that you can check out at : http://www.freezerburn.org/eventregistration/
I'm most excited for the man-burn pig that is buried under the man, and when the man falls it cooks it in the Hawaiian pit way. It'll be ready for lunch the next day, which we share with the entire festival during the Metal and Meat show, featuring MOOP (Metal Out Of Place.) One of the highlights of this years event for sure.
If you can't make it out this year, start planning for next, because this is a regional you should add to the ol' bucket list.

Another epic year at Freezer Burn in the books. The weather was fantastic, the people were great, we had about 30-35% of attendees took a volunteer shift, which is an awesome percentage.
Highlights:
- Metal & Meat: (Description in the previous post)
-Brinner - breakfast for dinner at camp "Hello Kitty Adventure Time Breakfast Club). they could probably shorten that name.
- Fabulous effigy's with equally exceptional burns.
- drinking sangria at the church or respect.
- burlesque show
- a big piece of art that says "moop". it was a passive aggressive piece to make fun of the promoter for the festival Motion Notion. These leaflets were collected from everyone's windshields because the promoter thought it was ok to put moop and advertise his festival in a burning man event parking lot. What a dumbass.
-being on an elk farm, riding the hippo art car.
I can go on.. but those are just the things the pop into my head right now.
