The ticket information in your TicketFly account now includes the scheduled mailing date of your tickets. Hopefully that's the actual mailing date for your tickets rather than just the date they will start mailing tickets. My info gives a date of 6/17.

Seeing as they're supposed to start mailing "mid-June" (under "Important Dates"), my guess is that it's the general date, not a specific one - unless, of course, someone reports they have a different date.

Breathe grasshopper - tomorrow was never the mailing date for all tickets to go out, it's the date that everybody got and I can guarantee you that 50,000+ hand-stuffed envelopes are not going out in one day. The original (pre-mass-email) "date" for the mailings to BEGIN was mid-June, knowing BMorg that's anytime between now and the end of the month. Last year it took them over a month to mail out all of them, I think I read somewhere that they have some new systems in place to make that faster, but I'll believe it when I see it.

I opted for UPS 2-day air and if there's a signature required, then the tix need to go where a warm body can accept them. And NOT work where there are a bunch of wolverines just waiting to abscond with a couple homeward bound tickets!

Contact ticketsupport @ burningman.com with questions about how long you have to change that shipping address. I would email them tonight or tomorrow - we can only give you guesses, they are the ones with answers.

I recently moved myself. One of the first things I did was to change my address on the TicketFly.com website. My "guess" is that you can change your address anytime prior to them being mailed. But it truly would be a guessing game if you needed to change your address multiple times in such a short period of time.

Actually, that's not correct. The last date for changes for orders to be mailed has come and gone (changes needed to be made by Tuesday, June 2nd). If you made changes on or after that date, you should get in touch with Ticketing Support.

Meat Hunter, the only other time I've been gifted an airplane ride I had to be at the airport at some ungodly hour like 6am. It was has has been the only time I have ever set an alarm on playa. Of course the ride was scheduled for the morning after our camp's big party. I think I had 3 hours of sleep. Thank god I had my coffee mug in my backpack for sustenance until I met up with my pilot...

No. The mail is delivered to the post office, then the postmaster will put a notification in your PO box that you have mail and a signature is required. You take that to the desk, they retrieve your email, you sign for it.

Oh, the post office has a service where you can authorize them to accept and sign for your email. If you've filled out that paperwork, the mail is signed for and put directly into your PO Box.
