Question! If you've opted foe the "USPS 1st Class Parcel" delivery method should you still get an email shipping notification from Ticketfly?? Still duct taped to the front door waiting for the mail

In theory, all ticket orders shipped within the US (USPS & UPS) should receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. That email is supposed to go out on the day that the tickets are sent out.

Offhand I do not know if that would come from a Ticketfly address or a Burning Man Tickets address. My gf and I did not receive a notification email on our order last year (and yeah, as admin boy I know about spam filters and trusted senders). We haven't received one yet for this year, but that's probably because our order has not yet shipped.

I chose UPS 2nd day air shipping, and just NOW (like 2 minutes ago) got a notice from UPS.....

"A package is being prepared to ship to you on 6/25/15. It will ship out in the next few days, via U.S. Postal Service First-Class, Package to the following address:"
They ask for signature confirmation and give a tracking number.
Should get here in about 10 days.

I read online that tickets would be shipping mid-june. My ticketfly page says its usps priority so that should only take a few days at most. I don't have an email saying they shipped. I have been out of town for a bit so I just wanted to make sure I didn't have them missed/lifted/etc while I was gone.

Some people last year said they never got an email but did get their ticket. Tickets ship over an extended period of time. No need to worry until after they say all tickets have been shipped.

Our ticket orders had expedited shipping. I know, we're in San Francisco and could probably get 'em overnight using just USPS, but regular mail has been really spotty for us from time to time... we didn't want to risk the ticket orders being one of those times it got spotty. Anyhow, today we received "UPS Quantum View" notifications to the email addresses on the Burner Profiles/ticket orders that they've shipped and are due to arrive tomorrow, signature required. Huzzah!

Got our tickets and vehicle pass today without warning (no email notification). Had to sign for them. Yahoo!

Yippee! Tickets and VP came today. No email warning. Had to sign for them at my front door with my awesome mail-person who remembered my angst from last year when they got rerouted to the post office for a couple of days. Beautiful design and graphics.

Yep - remember, the mailing of tickets will continue for the next several weeks.

I'm not even slightly worried about it. If August arrives and I still haven't heard anything.. I'll probably start slowly inquiring.

Good call, remi. In the last couple years the ticket team has sent me an 'all clear' to let us know when the last of the tickets mail out.

My tickets didn't arrive until the last week of July last year. Was pretty anxious waiting, too, but this year I just be chillin' with the confidence that they will eventually show up.

I received my parking pass in the mail yesterday (purchased in the presale) - no email beforehand and no signature required. I also purchased a parking pass & ticket in the general sale... but no sign of those yet. Those who have received tickets, did you purchase during the presale?

I did *not* get an e-mail ahead of time telling me they were coming- just showed up in the mailbox. Pleasant surprise in any case!!
