Ticket & no pass?

Hey guys,
As I am sure many others, I got "unlucky" in the main ticket sale, and could only get a ticket without a vehicle pass - they ran out.
Now, having gotten a ticket, I can no longer partake in STEP or OMG sale (which is odd, considering they offer more car passes than tickets, and only 1 car pass per purchase)

What would be the options left for one to buy a car pass, short of scalpers or otherwise "market rate"?

You will be allowed to purchase a vehicle pass in the OMG sale even if you have already purchased a ticket in the regular sale: http://blog.burningman.com/2015/02/news ... ckets-did/
