Looking for a camp where I can offer bartending services

Post by Whom » Sat Jul 11, 2015 1:16 pm

I'm looking for a home this year where I can camp out and provide mixology services for a friendly theme camp or village.

I'm happy to do cleaning, building and whatever other help as needed, of course, who wouldn't?

I'm open to most anything, just need a place to park this year, and I'd love to leverage my skillset.

Look at The Golden Cafe, my favorite bar.

Whom,

The airport has an open bar for all burners one afternoon during the event and if this year is like last year, bartenders and skilled mixologist were in short supply.

If you would like to gift your skills, please send me an e-mail and I will get you in touch with the person who will be the lead for the open bar this year.

Sextant is actually doing official bartender shifts this year! Let's talk!

FYI: Sextant does have a strict No Diva policy.

This counts for anyone involved in the camp. Artists, DJ's, bartenders and the like are all required to check their ego at the door. Absolutely no one gets special treatment.

I say this because I've seen people who feel they are Larry's Gift to the Playa melt down in spectacular fashion when asked to abide by the 10 Principles.

It's so refreshing to see a post saying "I have these skills and would like to contribute to making a theme camp awesome" rather than "I am looking for a theme camp that will give me this this and this". Thank you.
