I've searched and searched.
Only info I can find on eplaya is when will call is open for early arrival in 2014.

Anyone know the answer for 2015?

Please note: If your ticket is at Will Call, do not arrive before Monday, August 24 at 12pm (noon) PDT when the Box Office Will Call opens.
Each camper must have both their paper ticket and a unique printed Early Arrival Pass in hand to enter Black Rock City before our event opens to the general public.

On the Burning Man site, I found this, which contradicts what it looks like you copy and pasted....I wonder if the BM site hasn't been updated for 2015?

Q. What if I am approved to enter early. What do I need? A. If you are arriving before Will Call opens (which is Wednesday pre-event at noon) you MUST have a physical ticket in hand. If you show up without a ticket before Will Call opens, you will have to wait at the Gate until your manager or point of contact can deal with the situation. Sometimes this means overnight. No matter how much you beg us, we cannot let you in without a ticket.

I split this thread off from the 2014 discussion, because it's discussing the box office for the 2015 event, and would be more appropriate in the 2015 tickets discussion board.

Here's the rundown. The Burning Man gates open at 10AM on Sunday August 30th.

In order to arrive (or pick up tickets) before the gates open, you must have a valid early arrival pass valid for that date (though please note, no early arrivals happen pre-10AM on Sunday). Yes, the passes (which are unique, one-time use bar-codes) have a valid entry date, and are not valid until that date.

If your early arrival date is prior to noon on Monday August 24th (when the box office begins 24 hour-a-day operations), you should plan to either have a physical ticket in hand, or be prepared to wait (if the box office is not running at the time). If your camp is arriving that early, I'll guess that you're a sizable enough operation that you have multiple campmates who are arriving either later, or after the gates open - I'd recommend getting that early team member holding a will call ticket to swap tickets with someone in the camp who has a physical ticket.

Remember, early arrival passes are not transferable between camps/projects, and may not be bought, sold, bartered, or gifted (on ePlaya or anywhere else). Camps or projects found to be doing this risk having some or all of their group's passes canceled.

I am closing this thread up, as the question has been answered. If I hear back from the ticket team regarding their start date/hours, I'll edit this post.

Heads-up, I've updated the post above. After confirming with the ticket team, yes the box office will open at noon on Monday August 24 for 24/7 operation through burn day.
