Dusty Beavers is recruiting!

Looking for a camp for BM2015? I just found out that my buddies at The Dusty Beavers have a few openings left.

With a great location (6:15 & D), the Dusty Beavers is the sister camp to Midnight Poutine. They have their own offering though: Three nights during the week they’ll be offering up Maple taffee on snow. (Yes, you heard right: on SNOW).

Back for their 3rd official year, the core group is from Canada (Quebec), France and the US, and the language of comfort in the camp tends to be French, so that should be taken into consideration before applying. We certainly don’t want any “Oh Mon Dieu – What have I got myself into ICI” moments!

Yep, they have amenities: potable water, grey water removal, a shared kitchen and showers.

Yep, they have some communal meals (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), for those who participate in the plan. It’s not mandatory though.

Affordable? Hell yes. Totally.

But best of all, they’re just a really great group of people who work fabulously well together to have the most amazing experience they can during their scant time in the desert.

I've never considered trying it with ginger ale though. This morning that changes. Do you think 9:am is too early to give it a try?
