I was wondering that too. I'm also still waiting. My ticket is from presale. No email notification (checked all filters) at this time either. Trying not to panic :) Someone's gotta be last.

Received text that it was delivered earlier this afternoon right before I had to go run some errands. No knock from the friendly postman, I've got a locking mail box at my condo. Just got home and opened my treasure, savoring that fireball as I type... :D :D

Still nothing in my inbox.

Called Ticketfly this morning (35 minutes on hold)

was told that Canadian UPS orders were held in 2 batches til the end because of Canadian Customs regulation issues and the second batch still has not shipped. But will be sometime this week. (regardless of presale/regular sale or group purchase)

So if you're Canadian, ordered by Canada UPS Expedited and still haven't received your email. This is why.

My ticket saga....we got DGS tickets this year. All of our friends with Individual tickets were shipped and received...we just sat waiting and stressing. Finally received the email that they shipped. Whew! I tracked the progress and got the alert that they were "delivered", which I knew meant the tag was stuck to our door so we could go sign for them at the Post Office, like always. Then I got an alert that the tickets were signed for...by me. Huh? Fuck. Having suffered for years now as a victim of identity theft (including even having federal income taxes filed as me), I was convinced that this was another incident of that godforsaken Romanian identity theft crime ring affecting me and my life.

We raced to the post office at 4:45pm to get there before the window closed for the day, running red lights and yelling at the other drivers who simply didn't understand the mission we were on and how important it was we got the package TODAY as opposed to TOMORROW which is FOREVER from now. We stood in the ridiculously long line with mouth breathers and snot nosed kids and watched interminably long transactions such as people sending "money" to their sick "grandparents" or the shipping of life saving medical supplies to third world countries or other lesser important stuff like that. Then we get to the counter at 4:58 and ask for the package and the clerk working the counter slooooooowly shuffled to the back of the post office, sort of looks around, shrugged his shoulders, walks back to us, stops, walks back, stops again, scratches his ass, and then disappears behind a wall. Argh. We are squirming like two kids who need to go pee. He suddenly reappeared empty handed. Yep, someone else signed for them. Great. I'm ready to lose my shit now, asking how in the world they could let the Romanian crime syndicate sign for my package. But suddenly a nice mail carrier appeared who looked very much like Burt Reynolds. He said he does our mail route and said he remembers putting the package in the lock box and "signing" for it. Since when does the Post Office sign for people's packages? So he told us. Because so many people in our neighborhood are elderly, as long as they fit in the lock box, he signs for their packages because many can't make it to the post office.

Ah. Oh. Hmm...damn. That's awfully nice of the guy. We thanked him profusely and slinked out with our tail between our legs. And yep, there in the lock box, was the tickets. All is right in the world now.
I'm a fixer. I fix things.

Well this is just great. My office moved recently, and the tickets (even though I put in a change of address and changed the address in my Burner Profile) got returned as undeliverable. I was informed by the USPS that they were being returned to San Francisco. So I contacted ticket support and they were kind enough to respond (and I quote) "...Once fulfillment is complete, we will turn our attention to the Return To Sender packages. We will contact you directly once we reach your order in the queue..." I did give them my home mailing address and cell number. My question is this: Has anyone else had this experience and how did it turn out? And how long does it (generally) take? I'm not in panic mode, but I am getting a bit concerned. Stupid postal system.

My tickets came in last Friday, and I picked them up yesterday.

I got my fireball candy (last time I didn't get a candy.. perhaps because I'm in Canada..)

Can't wait to see everyone on the playa.
