Received wrong ticket order
My campmate received the wrong ticket order. She bought two, but they mailed her one with a different order number. It's been nearly a month and ticketfly/BM has not answered her. Getting nervous. Suggestions?

Emails are the most civilized way to get overlooked.
Has she called ticketfly, sat on the line for 45 minutes and spoken with a live rep? Or tweeted them? (Takes like 6 minutes to get a response via tweet)
There was a dude on here recently who said he received 2 tickets instead of 1, just a week ago or so and was hoping to find the rightful owner. So it does happen.
Don't wait for a response from ticketfly, I'd be on that line to speak with a rep, then a manager if the situation wasn't rectified.
This wasn't a gift, you paid for a product. In full, in advance. The least they can do is answer the question.

For ticketing support, use the link in my signature line or email [email protected] with the order # and pertinent details. They've got a helpdesk system that will help them track and follow the issue and get you a response in as timely a fashion as they can.
