Honestly don't know - only thing I've read he's been involved with is Good Omens, and that was a collab with Terry Pratchet. I liked the movies for Stardust & Coraline, but never read the books.

Nope! Just the opposite, in fact. As a logophile, I know quite a few words, but even more important to me than knowing the definition of many words is knowing precise definitions.
