There will be stationary element, but Big Imagination needs more time to manifest fully.

They will have the top deck of the plane in their theme camp (8:30 & D) set up as a first class lounge, to get in you will first need to check in your emotional baggage and go through an in-security check. They plan on having the 747 art car on the playa in 2016.

The team has not yet posted either here or anywhere else that I've seen with an update. You may want to try hitting up their web site or Facebook page and asking them directly.
